Texas A&M has extended a scholarship offer to Class of 2025 safety Jayden Thompson of La Cueva High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Thompson, a 6-foot-1, 190-pound prospect, has been a standout on the Bears' secondary, recording 45 tackles and three interceptions in his junior season. He also boasts a 4.5-second 40-yard dash time and a 35-inch vertical jump. Thompson has already received offers from Arizona State and Utah, and has drawn interest from several other Power Five programs. With his athleticism and ball-hawking skills, Thompson is expected to be a top target for college recruiters in the coming months. As a junior, Thompson attended the NMAA's annual Top Gun camp, where he impressed coaches with his speed and agility.
