Tyler Young Commits to Air Force
Laramie Plainsmen offensive lineman Tyler Young has committed to the Air Force Academy for the Class of 2025. The 6-foot-4, 275-pound tackle chose the Falcons over offers from Wyoming and Colorado State, citing the team's triple-option offense as a key factor in his decision. Young believes the Falcons' scheme will allow him to utilize his skills as a blocker and pass protector. He also praised the Air Force's academic program, noting the opportunity to pursue a degree in engineering. Young had previously committed to the University of Wyoming in February but decommitted in May after reevaluating his options. The Plainsmen's loss is a significant gain for the Falcons, who are looking to bolster their depth chart along the offensive line. Young's commitment brings the Air Force's Class of 2025 recruiting class to 12 players.
