Trinity Shamrocks Flag Football Recruits Target New Scholarship Opportunities

The KHSAA's flag football pilot district expansion in Texas has created new scholarship pathways for female athletes, particularly those from the Trinity Shamrocks, a 6A powerhouse from Louisville. As the inaugural 2028 season approaches, the University of Nebraska, led by coaches Liz and Katie Sowers, is poised to offer up to 12 scholarships. Meanwhile, Ottawa University, Kansas, a national powerhouse, has been actively recruiting top talent. Keiser University, Florida, and Midland University, Nebraska, also offer attractive scholarship opportunities.
